When it comes to reading, which do you prefer? A digital copy of a book or the actual physical copy?
I go both ways. I think that it’s great to have the actual book right in front of me. I love the feel, and sometimes smell, of a book that I’m reading. And in some cases, I get the physical copy just because it’s part of a series that I already have.
Other times I think digital books are better. I’m able to store way more books digitally than physically. The prices are cheaper, and many times even free!
Authors sometimes make most of their money through digital sales. But I want to give a little love to paperbacks this Christmas. Right now you can get 15% of the paperback copy of Growing Up Neighbors when you go to https://www.createspace.com/5104995 and enter the coupon code A4HERWE6.
Spread the news!!! This is a great idea for Christmas 🙂
So which do you prefer – digital or paperback?

Hi Franni–
I like both types of books. I don’t think I could ever give up the paper books, but sometimes digital is the way to go. It’s the way to go when I can’t wait to read something; when I need the information fast; or when I just don’t want to wait for the book to come in the mail. Most of the big bookstores in close proximity to me have closed, so unless I want to drive 45 miles, most of my books come in the mail, online or as gifts. They both still go well with a cup of coffee. No matter how I get them, I don’t think I’d trade one exclusively for the other any time soon.–Z

Both definitely have their pluses and minuses.
