Being Thanksgiving tomorrow and all, I thought it would be nice to share some things that I’m thankful for! Keep in mind that this is not everything!!!

First and foremost, I’m thankful for God. I know a lot of people might say this first (some for show and some sincere), but I truly, truly, truly am thankful for God, and He is rightly first. He created EVERYTHING, sustains EVERYTHING, provides, forgives, SAVES. What doesn’t He do but sin? He’s always with me, He’s brought me through so much already…I just can’t say enough.

On that front, I’m also thankful for the faith my parents instilled in me, as well as some others that helped along the way. My church, Engedi Church, as well as the pastors and leaders, have a huge impact on me as well. Each week I am encouraged, challenged, uplifted and humbled because of their faithfulness. I love that they are real, passionate about Christ and make an effort to make a difference.

I’m very thankful for my family, immediate as well as extended. There isn’t one person in my family that I would want to trade or get rid of. Each person is valuable and I’m proud they are mine. I want to give a special shout out to my husband and children though. My husband has my heart! He’s so amazing, and I’m grateful we are doing life together. And my children are the best miracles a person could ask for. I’m so thankful that God has blessed me with them.

My friends are so, so, so important to me! I can’t say thank you enough to them for choosing me to hang out with and talk to. For the most part I would do anything for them, and I know that they would do the same for me. That’s a treasure!

I’m thankful for my education. With it I can read, write, work, function in the real world! God has given me a wonderful brain, and I’m thankful I can use it to not only do what I love, but to also glorify God and even pay some bills.

There’s more. So much more! I’m thankful for living in Michigan where I can experience each season Earth has to offer. I’m thankful for cats, peanut butter and chocolate, the ability to walk, snow, windy days, living close to the lake, my sight, and the list goes on and on and on.

Last, BUT NOT LEAST, I’m thankful for YOU! Whoever is reading this (thank you by the way), I’m thankful for YOU! Your support is appreciated! I’m just so, so thankful!!
