It’s already the end of 2015! I can’t believe it. Can you? In my opinion, it doesn’t seem like it. Where I’m living, it should be cold and snowing, BUT Christmas was completely green and warm. Today, as I write this, it’s snowed a little, but it just doesn’t feel like that time of year where we should ring in another. Maybe it’s different where you are.

Speaking of the new year, though, are you one to make resolutions? Do you try to lose weight at the beginning of the year? Or stop smoking? Or do this or that? Maybe it’s stop doing this or that? Whatever it is that you may try or not try, I wish you success!

I am not one to do resolutions. I feel they are like diets in that they work for a short time, but then life kicks in and everything goes haywire. To me, it’s got to be about lifestyle changes; something that doesn’t necessarily start at the beginning of a new year. Lifestyle changes fail on occasion too, but when you get back on the bandwagon you can go further.

Goals are another good word to use. I constantly have goals. Some goals for this next year are to publish two books. One of them is finished today (rough draft) and hopefully by spring it’ll be published. The second book I’ll start shortly after that, and my goal would be to have it published by the Thanksgiving/Christmas timeframe.

However you look at it, I wanted to share this picture with you:
